Laura's paintings & Our New Home
This is a Christmas picture by Laura.

This is a machine. The blue isn’t a machine it’s the sky and the white things in the sky are the clouds.
Inside the brown thing the black things inside it swirling those are the pipes. The machine’s a bit broken and there’s glass over the machine, so the glass opens so some fixers can come and they can come and fix it. And the orange part there’s a little pipe that goes into the orange part, and then there’s a little part that goes to the other big round part in it and there’s a little part that goes up and up the top that’s where it all works and in the middle it works too. It’s a juice machine, and the orange thing puts the juice into the little round ball and the juice pours out from the side.

On the bit that has the square, that caterpillar is making his cocoon and the red bits inside it, is the bits that are breaked so he has to make those bits, then he’s going to slip inside his cocoon and then when he squeezes out the butterfly next to the cocoon is the caterpillar that he turned into!

Damaged girls . . .
Well they looked even worse in person, but you'll notice there's a big shiner on Marisa's forehead and a couple of missing teeth in Laura's mouth. Laura's 2nd tooth was pushed out by Marisa and Laura accidentally pushed Marisa's pram and consequently her head into the edge of a post!! Luckily they're both still smiling though if you look closely, you'll notice the tears are still in Marisa's eyes.

Happy 2008!
Too cute, not to include!!
We were lucky this year, we celebrated Christmas 3 times!
The first was at Mum and Dad's place.
Marisa and Luka got straight down to the business end of Christmas celebrations.
